I recently had the opportunity to address the New Westminster City Council regarding their Vision Zero motion. Drawing from my experiences as a resident and a local conversation leader with Strong Towns Vancouver, I shared insights on how thoughtful urban design can transform our streets from potential hazards into spaces that serve everyone safely and efficiently. Council unanimously approved a new Vision Zero task force!
